Your Oreylo pieces are protected under a 1 year warranty against any material or manufacturing defects - any item that is not up to our standard of production quality will be replaced by us, free of cost! Protection begins on the date of purchase from the Oreylo website. If you suspect your piece has a manufacturing issue, please do not hesitate to contact us and our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you!
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit and cannot provide you with a refund. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. MAKING A RETURN
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. If our carrier partner was unable to deliver the parcel due to an incorrect address in accordance with our policies, a restocking fee of $15.00 USD will be applied should you request a refund for the undelivered parcel. This fee covers the administrative costs incurred in processing and handling returned items.
